Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused products in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by SERAE.
